Important registration notes for event registrations are listed below. Apart from these main headings, all sales and refund conditions can be found on oagrup.com. All participants who purchase event tickets, including those registering through other platforms, are deemed to have accepted all race-specific conditions.

COURSE TIME AND ROUTE CHANGES
Alternative routes and backup plans are available for the organized course. As an organizer, we may change the race start times, disqualification periods, and race course if we deem it necessary for the safety of the participants. We recommend that participants plan their travels according to the opening and closing ceramony times of the event.

GROUP REGISTRATIONS
For group registrations of running clubs, corporate teams, etc., with more than 10 participants, a 10% discount and one free group participation are applied. This discount is not valid during the early registration period. For group registration, you can apply to info@oagrup.com with your participant list.

INT PARTICIPANTS
To encourage local participation in our event, two types of participation fees have been determined: Local and INT. Participation fees differ for international athletes. International athletes residing in our country and possessing a temporary Turkish Republic Identity Number can register with the Local Participant fee.
