The event is organized with the approval of the Turkish Athletics Federation (TAF). In all matters not covered by the event-specific rules, the competition rules and regulations of the TAF shall apply. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: For all race distances—excluding the kids runs—participants must be at least 18 years of age. Presenting an official ID or passport is mandatory when collecting your race kit, at which point your personal information will be verified. Participants acknowledge that it is their own responsibility to ensure they are physically fit and adequately trained for the distance they have registered for. To this end, participants are required to sign a liability waiver when collecting their race kit; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the right to start the race.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT: Participants are required to carry a race bib*, a timing chip*, a mobile phone, a headlamp, and an identification card while on the event course. Failure to carry any of these mandatory items will result in the participant’s disqualification and removal from the course. In response to requests from public authorities or in the interest of participant safety, the organizers may modify the list of mandatory equipment. Any such changes will be announced via the event website or by email.

ONLINE REGISTRATION: Registration for the races organized as part of this event is conducted online. Registrations may be processed through various platforms. By registering for the event, all participants are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions published on the event website and our main website, oagrup.com. These terms include the Sales and Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the regulations regarding the protection of personal rights.

REGISTRATION FEES: Registration fees vary based on the period and the race distance, and are determined according to the date of registration. Fees differ for individual and relay entries, as specified. A quota is set for each period and race distance; should these quotas be reached, registration may close earlier than the announced date. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify fees or increase quotas without prior notice.

REGISTRATION CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. By registering, participants acknowledge that fees cannot be refunded and that their registration cannot be transferred to another person. Participants also acknowledge that they cannot change their selected race distance. Regardless of the circumstances, any participant who fails to collect their race kit prior to the event will forfeit their entry. Race kits will be issued exclusively to the registered participant.

TAF PARTICIPATION AND INSURANCE FEES: For all race registrants, the participation and insurance fees will be paid to the Turkish Athletics Federation (TAF) by the organizing committee. All participants will be covered by insurance for the duration of the event, based on the information provided during the registration process. Any issues or complications arising from errors in the personal information provided are the sole responsibility of the participant.

RELAY REGISTRATIONS: Registrations for 42K and 21K relay teams must be completed by the team captain. Within 24 hours of registration, a team member entry form will be sent to you. It is the team captain's responsibility to register the team members; if this is not completed by the final registration deadline, the entry will be converted to an individual participation. The relay team’s start will be initiated by the team captain, while the order of the other athletes can be determined during the team member registration process. The deadline for submitting team member details is June 7, 2027; no changes to team members or their running order can be made after this date. Registrations for which member details have not been provided by this deadline will be converted to individual entries.

INT (INTERNATIONAL) REGISTRATIONS: Participants who do not reside in Türkiye and do not possess a valid Turkish Identification Number must register under the "INT" (International) category. Participants are required to provide accurate passport numbers and nationality information. It is the responsibility of international participants to ensure these details are correct during registration. Any errors or omissions in participant information will result in the forfeiture of the right to start or participate. In such cases, no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted.

PARALYMPIC RUNNER REGISTRATIONS: Registrations for Paralympic athletes are accepted for the 5K and 10K race categories. Paralympic athletes will be issued special bib numbers, which grant them the right to start in the first wave. Paralympic athletes are eligible for awards if they place in the overall rankings or within their respective age categories. Additionally, a separate ranking for Paralympic athletes will be maintained, divided into two categories: female and male. Documentation verifying one's disability status must be presented when collecting the race kit for the Paralympic category. Registration for Paralympic runners will open on April 27, 2027.

PUBLIC RUN REGISTRATION: As part of the event, a public run will be held in an indoor setting to encourage local residents to engage in sports and to promote the region. Participants will start in waves based on age groups; no official rankings will be determined. Those who successfully complete the course will receive a medal. Registration for the public run must be done individually, and participants are required to present an identification card when collecting their bib number. Registration for the public run will take place exclusively at the event venue between June 29, 2027, and July 1, 2027.

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE: Completing the registration process does not, in itself, grant the right to start the race. In accordance with the race schedule, participants must present their identification and sign a waiver when collecting their race kits. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the right to participate. The organizers reserve the discretion to issue a race kit even if a bib number is not assigned. Should the information provided during registration not match the participant's identification, the responsibility lies solely with the participant, and the decision to grant the right to participate remains at the discretion of the organizers.

AWARDS/AWARD CEREMONY: The decision regarding whether or not to award a prize to the winner of the race rests solely and finally with the Organizer. Should the Organizer choose to present awards, they reserve the right to modify or cancel any or all prizes, or to replace them with alternatives of similar value. No cash alternatives will be provided, and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The Organizer’s decisions concerning all awards related to the race are final. Winning participants are required to collect their prizes at the awards ceremony specified in the program by the organizer; failure to collect such prizes or gifts will result in the forfeiture of the right to claim them.
